As a working-parent coach, two things I’m constantly asked are: “How can I tell if a co-worker (or manager, or interviewer, or company) is working-parent friendly?” AND, “What’s the best way to show my support for working moms and dads?”  

Let’s make it easy.  

If you consider yourself an ally to working parents and caregivers, display this icon in your workspace, Zooms, and social media.  When you see it, know that it’s OK to be your full self: a committed, top-notch professional - and loving parent at the same time.
